Terms of Service

Last updated: October 27, 2026

These terms apply when you ask for a quote or get services from Crown Jewelz LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company (“we”, “us”).

Quotes. This website is for inquiries only. Each job’s service, price (in USD) and what’s included are confirmed in a written quote before any work starts.
Payment, cancellation and refunds. This website does not take payments or bookings. Payment, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for each job are confirmed in writing in your quote.
Your part. Please give us accurate details, safe access to the location, power where needed, and any permissions the venue requires.
Photos and video. Crown Jewelz LLC keeps the copyright in the photos and video we create. How you may use your delivered files is set out in your quote. We use images of you to promote our work only with your permission.
Releases. For promotional and business shoots, you’re responsible for getting consent from the people you ask us to feature, or we can provide a release form for them to sign.
Delivery. We aim to deliver within the time in your quote. Things outside our control, such as weather, equipment failure or illness, may cause delays; we’ll keep you informed.
Tech services. Please back up your data before service when you can. We aren’t responsible for data loss on devices that were already failing, or for software you don’t have a license for.
Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Governing law. These terms are governed by Louisiana law.
Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
