What is Crown Jewelz?
Crown Jewelz LLC is a New Orleans company offering photo restoration and an attended photo booth and bilingual tech help, in English and Spanish. The Play Book, a New Orleans food guide, is coming soon.

Greater New Orleans and the Westbank.

Can everything be in Spanish?
Yes, in English or Spanish, your choice.

How do prices work?
Every job is quoted on its own. Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD), in writing, before any work starts. Request a quote.

How do I pay?
Every job is quoted on its own. Once you approve your quote, pay securely online with a Stripe payment link.

Bilingual tech help

What tech help do you offer?
For homes and small businesses: computer repair and tune-ups, setup, troubleshooting, backups, Wi-Fi and help with your devices.

Can I get tech help in Spanish?
Yes, in English or Spanish, your choice.

Should I back up my data first?
Please back up your data before service when you can.

Photo restoration and the photo booth

What does the photo booth need?
We’ll go over space and power with you when you ask for a quote.

Do you use photos of me to promote your work?
Only with your permission.

Can I rent the booth without an attendant?
No. The photo booth is attended only: we set it up, run it and pack it up.

Photo restoration

How does photo restoration work?
Send us a photo of the photo: a phone picture or a scan of your damaged print. We repair it and send you a high-resolution digital file.

Do I have to drop off or mail my original?
No. We work from a photo or scan, so your original stays with you.

Is it done by AI?
Every repair is checked by a person, and we’ll tell you if any part of the photo had to be rebuilt.
